STAGES OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
It all starts with the material, namely: denim fabric. We use quality denim to make our workwear, with the fabric being of different composition and density depending on what type of workwear we will be using it for. After that, it's time to…
Now that we have the denim fabric, it's time to prepare cuts by a pattern designer for the various items according to their sizes and fabric composition.
When we receive the finished patterns from the pattern designer, the actual tailoring process begins, including preparing the patterns, cutting, and other similar activities. Once the work clothes are tailored, it is time for the fourth stage of the production process.
It's time to sew the clothes! We work with tailors with many years of experience and proven qualities. In the process of sewing, consumables such as threads, buckles, labels of the clothes themselves, and the like must also be provided.
After the clothes are sewn, we take them to specialized laundries where they are further treated. It is because of this specialized treatment of the clothes that they do not shrink or loosen when washed at home and used in the dryer when you receive them ready.
Before the product is brought to a finished commercial form, it is checked for possible defects, cleaned of excess threads, buttons are put on it and ... the workwear is ready! You can now order.
