What does Mechta A-YA company do?
Mechta A-YA company is the only manufacturer of healthy, comfortable and modern denim workwear clothing in Bulgaria. We have dressed over 10,000 clients and over 200 companies during our 23-year presence on the textile market.
Do you manufacture the denim workwear?
Absolutely! Mechta A-YA company is the only manufacturer of Bulgarian workwear made of denim fabric. All of our denim workwear is entirely our own production – from cutting, through sewing and specialized washing of the clothes, to bringing them into a ready-to-sell form for you!

What are the main benefits of your workwear?
The most basic benefits of our clothing are two: that they are made from denim and that they are our own production, meaning we have full control over our production and do not resell someone else's.
On the other hand, purely historically, denim was originally intended for workwear, not fashion. This is because the fabric is very strong and comfortable, made from a plant material – cotton. Unlike artificial materials such as polyester, polyamide and lycra, for example, cotton is not a product of chemical synthesis.
In general, our workwear has many product benefits - comfortable, durable and modern cut, the use of quality accessories (buckles, zippers, buttons, threads, labels) for their production and, of course, not least of all: the wonderful professionals we work with such as the fashion designers, tailors, seamstresses, employees in specialized laundries and all people involved in the production process.
Does workwear shrink when washed and dried at home?
Absolutely not! Because we manufacture our workwear from denim fabric, we wash each piece of workwear in specialized laundries at 60 degrees and dry it at 90 degrees during the production process, so that it does not get dirty and does not shrink when washed and dried at home.
I see you have workwear with different denim fabric compositions. What are the specifics?
Yes, we have several items where you can choose between a denim composition of 100% cotton or a combination of 98% cotton with 2% elastane.
The 100% cotton composition makes the clothing an excellent solution for welders, as this type of fabric is largely flame retardant and has high levels of protection. It is also suitable for people involved in metalworking and metal cutting tools, as well as mechanics.
On the other hand, the combination of cotton and elastane gives more freedom and flexibility in movement, but both fabric compositions boast exceptional strength and comfort. Clothes with cotton and elastane are usually preferred by people involved in construction and repair activities, installations and gardening, for example, but they also buy models with a composition of 100% cotton - a matter of choice.
How do I know which workwear size is right for me?
On the individual pages of each product, where a size chart is needed, you can see one as an image under the photos of the respective product. We would like to clarify that the waist for all types of work overalls, jackets and vests always measured THROUGH THE NAVEL, this is the so-called high waist. The waist for all types of pants and jeans always measured BELOW THE NAVEL, this is the so-called low waist. It is also explained on the product pages.

Frequently asked questions about orders
Do I need to have an account created on the site to place an order?
No. Creating a customer account in our online store denimbg.com is a desirable, not a mandatory condition for browsing the site and placing orders.
If you already have an account, you can access it here, by entering the relevant information, and if you do not have one – register by following this link. If you already have an account but have forgotten your password, you have the option to reset it at any time and subsequently change it. here. Also, once you already have an account, you can set a new password directly in it without having to reset your current password when you are out of your account.
When registering a new account or sending a request to reset a forgotten password for an existing one, you will receive a link to log in to your account/reset your password in your email.
We advise you to create accounts, as this way you can monitor the current status of your orders, as well as change your details (name, surname and phone number), which are automatically updated on the checkout page. In addition, we often send emails with promo codes and various special offers only to registered users on the site.
Can I place an order by phone rather than through the online store?

Do you accept wholesale orders for companies?
Of course! So far in our 23-year history on the market, we have dressed over 200 companies with both summer workwear, and with winter work clothes. We have many long-standing partners and clients. To distinguish yourself with a corporate identity, we can offer you various types of printing and embroidery.

Is there an option for international orders?
There is an option on the site for orders only from Romania and Greece via Econt or Speedy with delivery to an office (if there is one in the respective location) or to an exact address.

Can you issue me a company invoice?
Yes, we can. The only information we need is your company's VAT. On the order completion page (if you place an order through the online store), there is a field for additional information where you can enter the VAT and other company data at your discretion.

Which couriers do you work with?
We work with Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW for Bulgaria, and for orders from Romania and Greece with Econt and Speedy, as delivery can be either to their office (if there is one in the respective town) or to an exact address.

Is there a free shipping option?
For orders worth over 100 euros (195.58 BGN) total price of the products, delivery is free with the couriers Econt and Speedy only to their offices. For orders below this amount with Econt and Speedy, delivery is paid by the User, that is, the price of the respective courier service determined by the specified couriers, as this also applies to deliveries to an address with Econt and Speedy for which there is no free delivery. The price that the customer owes for transport is formed based on the terms and requirements of the couriers used by the Supplier, as the price also includes additional services such as SMS notification, test and inspection option, and delivery on Saturday. The charging of delivery is not tied to the settlement to which it is delivered. Delivery to Box Now machines is always fixed and at a cost of 3 euros (5.87 BGN), regardless of the value of the order and the settlement on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Free delivery for orders from Romania and Greece applies to orders over 150 euros (293.37 BGN) with the couriers Econt and Speedy only to their offices. For orders below this amount with Econt and Speedy, delivery is paid by the User, that is, the price of the respective courier service determined by the specified couriers, as well as for deliveries to addresses with Econt and Speedy in Romania and Greece, for which there is no free delivery.
Is there an opportunity to inspect and test the product upon delivery?
Yes, of course – we ship all orders with three additional options included in the courier service: SMS notification, preview and test. For orders from Romania and Greece, there is no preview and test option, but the SMS notification option is included.
Regarding orders in Bulgaria: to make it easier and more convenient for you, and not to rush and queue at the courier's office, if you want to try on the garment, there is no problem at all to take it home and try it on in peace. What are the payment methods on the site?
(1) By cash on delivery/postal money order – payment in cash or by card at the courier’s POS terminal upon delivery. If an order is canceled by the customer, the courier services for returning the goods through the respective courier are at the customer’s expense. The return is made through the same courier through which the order was made. Orders for which the couriers Speedy and Econt were used within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria can be paid by cash on delivery/postal money order, bank transfer and debit/credit card through a virtual POS terminal. All orders from Romania and Greece, as well as orders with the Box Now delivery method, are paid by debit/credit card through a virtual POS terminal or by bank transfer, but do not have the option for cash on delivery/postal money order.
(2) By debit/credit card via a virtual POS terminal. This payment method is possible for all orders from Romania and Greece, as well as for orders on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, when BOX NOW machines are used. This payment method can also be used for orders with Speedy and Econt couriers. Returns are at the expense of the customer both for Bulgaria and for all orders from Romania and Greece, regardless of the delivery method.
(3) By bank transfer. A standard bank transfer is made, as a basis for which the User indicates the order number, which he will see after its completion, and also in the email he will receive from the Supplier or an invoice number. To clarify the details of the bank transfer, the Supplier reserves the right to contact the User at the email/phone number provided when ordering. The email that the User receives from the Merchant after completing the order also contains the details of the Supplier's bank account to which the bank transfer should be made. The Supplier sends the goods ordered by the User only after the bank transfer has been credited to his bank account.
What are the conditions for complaints, refunds and return/exchange of goods?
