As the only manufacturer of Bulgarian denim workwear clothing, we at Mechta A-YA know how difficult it is to make even just one work jacket, mens workwear pants, work overalls or other denim workwear. Literally every item passes through our hands and requires special attention to detail, so that at the end of the production process we can feel the satisfaction of having done our job in the best way, and the customers - of having acquired the most durable, comfortable and modern workwear in Bulgaria. For this reason, right from the very beginning we prepare a detailed plan for the stages of production, 6 in total.

Stages in the production of denim workwear

1. The first stage is very important – to obtain quality denim fabric with the appropriate color, composition, width, length and density depending on what kind of workwear we will produce. The denim determines how the entire production process will develop and we can safely define it as the “heart of workwear”. At this stage, the fabric’s shrinkage is also taken into account.

2. Once we have the denim fabric and have taken the shrinkage, we provide the necessary information to a pattern designer to create the workwear patterns. Workwear pattern designers are professionals who use special programs and technologies to send us ready-made patterns on the basis of which we can move forward with the third stage of production.

3. It's time to cut the denim workwear based on the patterns prepared by the fashion designer! On large cutting tables, denim is laid out, the patterns themselves are placed and the individual elements of the respective clothing are carefully cut out (pockets, legs, sleeves, etc.). Finally, the elements for each different size of the workwear are collected, the necessary sewing accessories are added (threads, Velcro, buckles, zippers, labels, etc.) and all this is given to the tailors.

4. Tailors are the people who sew the resulting garments, which are already tailored, in the most professional and expeditious way possible on their machines. If denim is the “heart of workwear”, then we can categorically state that tailors are its soul, because they breathe life into the fabric, tailored elements and accessories.

5. After the work clothes are sewn, we send them to laundries, where they undergo specialized washing. That is why, once the product is ready and you buy it, it does not shrink or get dirty during subsequent washing and drying at home. 6. After we receive the work clothes from the laundry, we clean them of excess threads, check for defects, iron the clothes, put buttons on them, fold them, and... denim workwear is ready to order from denimbg.com!
